Yes, I am embarassed to say I don't come here much anymore but it's NOT because I've shirked on my responsibilities. I'm La ONDA til the very end, and this Crossroads site was my first home way back in early 2004! I have been going through a lot as many of you know and this birthday was very significant in several ways. .
I enjoyed it and was thrilled that it's been more like birthday month! which has always been a blessing when you know a lot of people in several places. . .

I appreciate your birthday wishes. . from all corners of this turtle island! I'm happy that some of you are able to see the boys this summer. BELA thanks for the call. . i loved it so much!

I missed Martha this year during my birthday. Over the last 5 years we've celebrated together.
I also am thankful to say that I feel great and honored to be who I am. I've lost 33 pounds since January 7th, and I hope to keep going for 47 more to get back to where I was four years ago. I'm happy that my heart has healed so much! and I have some of you to thank for that. . La Onda is the best! and I'm sooo grateful, and looking forward to seeing the boys on July 17th in Sioux Falls, SD. . mamacita that's almost your back yard! :)

then back here in August for the first week run of shows!! whoohoo! life is good!
