Hi there fellow Loopies! My name is Cat House (yes, really). Ive been a LLB fan for a short time - about a year. Id heard, and very much liked, Heaven but I hadnt heard any of the other music. I happend to catch a few of the songs from FORGIVEN on Myspace and I remember telling a coworker, "This is REALLY good stuff!"
I was pretty well hooked at that point - and I hadnt seen them live yet. Boy was I in for a treat! My husband surprised me with tickets to our first LLB show last June in Reno. We literally walked out of there with our jaws hanging open! Absolutely without a doubt the finest and most AMAZING concert we'd ever been to (and we've been to ALOT). I remember quite clearly being VERY envious of the girls I saw in front row (turned out to be members of the Street Team) because of their EXCELLENT seats and what appeared to be a great repour with the boys!

We came home from that show and immediately bought tickets to another show (Cache Creek in September). My husband and I are now die hard fans - and Im doing my ****est to convert ALL my friends and family into LLB fans. It isnt hard, thats for sure - their music speaks to everyone!

Ok - the boring stuff. Im 38, married (to a cutie), 3 fur-kids, and living in Bishop, CA. Im a graphic artist - I work for a Budweiser distributor making mostly advertising banners. Besides music (which I couldnt live without) Im an avid ghost town explorer, love hiking, camping, photography and pretty much anything to do with the outdoors.

BTW - very happy to see such a cool website and fan forum for the boys! Excellent to know Im not the only one that shares such a passion for their music!

Welcome to la familia, Cat House. :D What you describe is a classic case of Onda-itis. There is no cure.

I am so glad you decided to introduce yourself, Cat. I hope to meet you at a show one of these days. I haven't attend any LLB shows in the San Francisco area YET. Hopefully next year. I would love to fly into SF and drive to Sparks. I have friends in both cities.

Welcome Cat House!

Glad you found your way here. Where it's all about the Garza's. Yes they are amazing I have been to 61 shows on the last 5 years and I get excited at each show like it is my first. And You are right there is nothing like an LLB show from the front row I hope you get to experience that at each and every show you attend to from now on. I am from the east cost but I have traveled to the west cost for shows last year NV and CA. Hope to see you at a show this year. like Bela (one of my traveling companions) said....

I'm always happy to welcome a new loopie and have enjoyed your posts here. :D

I've been hooked on LLB since 2004 when I first heard Heaven and saw LLB perform live. The band and Henry's story are so inspirational and LLB keeps inspiring us on a daily basis with their music, love, and joy.

Welcome, CatHouse!

Same thing happened to me when I went to their first concert. Then I got really lucky when we went to an acoustic concert and got on the front row and met my LaOnda buddy LetsGetLonelyin.. (Amy) - she is my Onda mentor and is showing me the ropes of being a street-teamer. The LLB LaOnda life is one of the best times I've had in my life. I am so thankful to have been turned on to their music by the bass player in my husband's band - I had heard Heaven many times before, but had never heard any of their other music, but when I saw their Austin TX concert video and heard their whole CD I was floored, and hooked! We were so desperate to go to their concert that we flew to Tucson AZ to see them, and we've never been the same since.

I remember you from the livestream of JoJo on Valentine's Day - that was so much fun - having JoJo answer OUR questions and interact with us in more of a way than just getting his autograph at a concert for just a couple minutes - and then having the surprise of Henry & Ringo chime in at the end. LLB is so gracious to their fans, that's what makes it such an honor to be an Onda - they are so sincere and genuine and truly care about their fans - makes me feel so special.

Viva Los Lonely Boys & welcome!

Good to see you here CatHouse. I recognize you from FB. Please do explore this site. There is alot of history here and you'll come to know the veterans members as well as the newbies. We have shared much about how the Garza's have changed out lifes on this forum. I believe there is an Introduce yourself thread that has been started where you can familiarize yourself with everyone as well.

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about yourself. Believe me we all have been where you are and the incredible thing is ..... it only gets better.

Look forward to meeting you tonight.
