Hi all.
My oldest daughter has gotten into something New this fall...something that WE thought was new and different, but come to find out, has been going on for quite some time in the outside world! LOL
This is RE painting & transforming My Little Ponys.
What she does is re-paint them, and then she has been re-rooting the main & tails in various colors as well!!!
The out come has been really amazing ( I think! LOL).
She did a couple before she went to a show in September w/ me.
She made one and took it, and in the end, ended up Giving it TO Henry at the end of the show! ( H was like " For me, a PONY?? Okay, I guess so, hey thanks for it",...as he walked to the end of the line of people. I'm sure that once he got back to the bus, and he realised it was the same one pictured in the letter, that he was more thrilled to get it! LOL Anyhow, THIS is that pony.

She tried to re do it in a keychain version for me, but it really doesn't look like this one.

Then there is THIS pony she named "sin"....Henry's Cross Tattoo was insperation for it, and she even gave the pony the same tat over its EYE....
I really like this one....so she made us all ( me, her dad & herself) show badges w/ this as the main picture on it. She didn't give this one away..it sits on her desk/printer, along with the OTHERS she has re-done ( she's working on a "Heaven" one now, so pictures to follow soon- I hope!)

You can see a bit of the badge in one of the pictures in this one.

So together we are now working on MINI My Little Ponys, to use as ornaments for my LLB tree (I got a RED tree last year after xmas, and decided I was going to keep it up all year long---lasted untill I put the airconditioner in in June! LOL).....one for each of the Boys...and then a general LLB one. Wish me luck-- this is TINY painting detail needed! LOL

Oh, hey--
If anyone sees a BIG My Little Pony, I think it's called a "Stylin' Pony", Let Me Know!!! These are about 6-7 inches High, and, um, maybe 8 inches long?? They're not your typical regular sized My Little Pony! LOL Nor is it one that is used with the Ponyville playsets......(that sized ones are the ornaments we're doing! LOL).... It's a pretty big sucker! So, uh thanks. Just thought I'd get that out there--- with the holidays coming up, and peoples living in so many different locations, someone might SEE one of these things some where.
Our goal is to get 4 of them, so she (we) can do a set for the Boys & have one general one for us (ME!)......
So thanks everyone.

Well thanks, I think!! hehehe
And you know ALL the gREATEST places to go to look for the Deals Kimann!!! So thanks! :D
My oldest is doing all kind of things to these ponys now--- sculpty clay, baking them in the oven, changing the hair color--- it's really something, let me tell you!! LOL
Did you know they actually made ponys in KEY CHAIN Versions?? I didn't. We went to a rummage sale this wkend and we saw on!! She snatched that right up! LOL
I'm almost done painting MY set of little ones........so will take pictures when I get them done ;)

Thanks for keeping the eyes out for the bigger pony. They also have "" fake"" ones by other companies--(like Dollar general stores) as one of her "contacts" just told us. But we don't have any of those stores around us...of course.....but they are cheaper than the 'real' ones.

Hi everyone.
My daughter made Henry, Ringo & Jojo a pony each, that I was able to give to them May 14th in Ridgefield CT!
Henry's was Black- for the Self Title album LosLonelyBoys. It had a Cross Tat over one eye, and a guitar marking on it's flanks (butt cheek!) that looked like H's tejana guitar(the heaven guitar).*** Henry thought it was a nice idea, and he really appreciated the offer.

Jojo's was Red for the Sacred album, w/ black flames rising up from it's feet, and it had a carmel colored guitar on it's flanks that resembled joey's guitar.
*** Jojo hadn't gotten around to looking at it yet, but he was SURE it would be nice, and said thank you for the generosity. hahaha

Ringo's was light Blue for the Forgiven album, and it had a silver Superman marking on the flanks...because Ringo IS supreman! *** Ringo said he would give it to his daughter. He liked it and all, but he didn't GET it (the idea of the pony), but his daughter would really like it, so he would give it to her. LOL

I also had a "blank" pony my daughter wanted signed by the Boys, and LUCK was on my side that night, as I was able to get all three of them to sign it for her!!!

Here is the autographed pony ( my daughter is the one in RED- in the picture just above the pony!Along w/ my other daughter in pink-ish LOL)

And then you can see my photo w/ Brian Setzer from Vegas in 2003! LOL The cutie in white is my neice in DC that I visit often.

Here are the signatures closer up

We ALL laugh at H"s signature--- "God bless this pony".........

What she did here was take a regular "Stylin' Pony", remove it's Pink hair, and replace it with red/black/white hair in both the main & tail.
For the ones we gave the boys, she also hand painted them.
I didn't have time to take pictures of them before I gave them away, as she finished them the night before the show & I had to get up early to leave in the morning to go to Rosie's house! LOL
