We lost a great legend on Monday. BO DIDDLEY, famous singer-guitarist, died at age 79. He was a hero to many performers who came after him, up to and including our Boys, who credited his influences. Rest in peace, man! (Heaven's a rockin'!!)

Great guy, liked the song "Who Do You Love" among many others. I'm thankful for his contribution to Rock & Roll. May he continue to live on through his music.
*Rest in peace* "THE ORIGINATOR"

May the man rest in peace. He will live on as a legendary rocker!
I saw him in concert here in Australia just a couple of years ago. He was still making the long journey to perform for us. He gave off so much energy, he had a whole bunch of other musos from the Bluesfest up jamming with him. It was a memorable performance. I was standing on my sacred ground that night, where my ancestors on my dad's side are from. I was calling up some earth energy and trying to direct it to Bo. I could see he was aged, but he sure was still rockin'.
My youngest son is named Brody and one of my pet names for him is Brodidley.
RIP
