Help on MySpace

I am new on MySpace; and I was wondering if we could start something here on tips on how to do things on it, i.e. like adding friends - since alot of you have a MySpace page.

Also, would it be possible to list your MySpace link here too? Hopefully this is alright and appropriate. If not, please "FORGIVE" me for asking.

All I know is that I need help manuvering through it and setting it up.

Mark, I am still trying to figure out how to get friends, must less posting a picture of me....ugh! But I will work on it. I am trying to get a URL, but it keeps telling me "Amor" has already been taken. I have added things in front of it and behind...and still says the same thing...????

For really good ideas on how to design your Myspace profile, I suggest going to any one of the following:

OK everyone...I must be really dumb, but I have tried to search for friends, but I don't know exactly what to type in. I also tried browse, same thing. I actually need a step by step Dummies book on MySpace Adding Friends. This is ridiculous. So sorry. But help this blonde!!!! :mad: :confused: :eek:

Okay... I am going to try and go out there and find you Ev!!

EDIT: I FOUND YOU!! :D Okay... when you log onto your Myspace again... it should let you know that you have a friend request. Click that... then when you get to that page, it should show ME... so click APPROVE unless you don't want to be Myspace friends with me :( lol!

Once you do that, I'll show you (over there) how to friend request people on your own. :)

Okay... hope you don't mind Ev... but you can give this link to people and they can add you as a friend. Keep in mind though that your settings require that the person knows your last name or email address (good thing I knew yours!)

there is a link up top next to "Home" Search and all that good stuff

click "SEARCH"

and when the typing bar comes up search me with my email addy:
shashavickie@msn.com

it should pull me up

then click add as friend :D

i dont remember if your in my list or not, but if not then ADD ME! :)
