Hello everyone! My name is James and I just wanted to say hello to everyone! I'm a new fan club member from New Mexico. I've bought my tickets for the show in Albuquerque on July 29. (Just three days after I get married!! :)) I've loved the boys since they first emerged. I play guitar, and when I heard Henry play..I was floored AND inspired! I have fond memories of my daughter still her the womb, listening to LLB and dancin in her mama's stomach. When my daughter was a few months old, we would put on the LLB live DVD and my daughter would just lay there enjoying every note. Unfortunately we won't be bringin her to the July concert...but rest assured that we will definitely be bringing her as she gets older. Thanks!! Glad to be a part of this amazing group of people!!!

Very cool story ... Welcome to our little corner of the world.:cool:
g'day and welcome jj cale |||| :)
a wedding AND a Los Lonely Boys concert in the one week!
excitement plus
all the good people get married in July :D I'll be celebrating my 27th wedding anniversary this July. Have you noticed LLB are releasing their 3rd album in July to celebrate our happiness? ( I choose to see it like that) ;)
I agree with what you say about their music and Henry's guitar playing. Joyous and inspirational. God bless your little daughter. My 3 sons were raised on good music, it's a powerful bond between us all.
There's quite a contingent here from New Mexico...speaking of which does anyone have contact to Arlene? I haven't seen her on-line since the fan club changed. Please give here my best wishes if you do have contact with her.
Hey James, welcome to the fan club! I hope you have a great wedding and enjoy the show. My son went to see LLB for the first time when he was 6! So, not long and your little one will be there,too. :) A few weeks back me and my 15 yr old did two shows in a row, it was great! Im still smiling! :)

Hi James! WELCOME!!! You are going to love it here on the Fan Forum! The people are the best! I was there with my daughter in Florida with Janine & her daughter Devon, too!! What a great two shows! They played C&C , Clapton's "Crossroads" and "I'm a man"(from Chicago is it?, or Doobies??) Aresome night! Anyway, that was my daughter's 15th show. That's why I'm not going to the Saxon Pub. No under 21 allowed. Now how could I go without my traveling buddy? So, I have to pass, but I'll be thinking about all y'all nice folks, for sure!! Congrats on your wedding in advance! Rosie

Welcome to the wonderful world of Texican rock and roll ! This is year number four for me and my family and we couldn't be more excited for new music from them ! ODR IV is right around the corner ! I have two LLB shows to look forward to between now and July 5th.
James, I hope you're ready for the whirlwind that is the LLB fan club. I've made some of my best friends here and have had some of my best times because of the Garza brothers...

Welcome to the fan club James! We went to Mescalero, NM for the first LLB 2008 concert at Inn of the Mtn Gods on March 21st-- beautiful venue! Won't be able to make the Sandia show in July, but I'm sure you all will enjoy yourselves. I've heard that venue is great! Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

James it sounds like your daughter will have the same great taste in music her parents have!! 3 out of 4 of my kids have all been to LLB concerts and my 5 yr. old grandson has as well and was lucky enough to meet them all. Henry, JoJo and Ringo are by far THE nicest and most giving musicians out there...especially to the children! Being Dad's you can see the love and gratitude they give each child with every pic and drum stick they make sure the kids get first!!!
I am going to the NM show in July..please be sure to see me..I'm making you something!! CONGRATS on your wedding 3 days earlier...I can't think of a better honeymoon...enveloping your new love with the love we all share for LLB and their music!!
Welcome to this "home" of some of THE nicest and most giving people I have ever met..hopefully life-long friends to us all!!
LOVE your avatar by the way!@

Thanks so much for the welcome! I agree with you about the Inn of the Mountain Gods! It is an extremely beautiful setting. I had that chance to actually play down there for a graduation dance and I had a great time! Too bad you won't be able to make the Alb. show. We'll definitely be thinking about you though. Take care!
