Can anyone tell me where I can get some of those glow sticks (for a lack of a better word)? I am interested in the ones that I think have a light in it that I have seen at large concerts. Do you know what I am talking about? Never had one, so I don't know how to refer to it.

If you key in glow sticks on Google you'll be directed to several different websites that sell them. I've ordered them before, but can't remember where I ordered them from. Shop around, because some places are cheaper than others. To get them to glow you have to "crack" them and that causes them to light up. We (OBTB) gave out about 150-200 glow sticks at the LLB concert at the Masonic in SF in Feb 2005 with instructions to light them up when they played "Velvet Sky" (back in the day when they still played that song at every show) and it looked SO COOL when everyone was waving their glowsticks in the air in time with the music--and Jojo commented afterward how beautiful it looked.

If you just want a few of them for your own personal use, sometimes I've seen them at the Dollar store.

And I have 150 in my suitcase right now, for our show on friday night :)

since they played Velvet Sky last friday, maybe they'll play it again . . and this time we have Velvet Sky (jeanette) with us in the audience!

On the east coast, we have found a good deal on Glow sticks at Micheals craft store they come in a tube and you get 15 for a buck, I bought out all the ones at my Micheals for a show last year and Rosie bought all the ones near her house for this year so between the both of us we have about 30 tubes 450 glow sticks ready to go for this years shows,

I recommend using at least 150-200 per show in a concentrated area like FRONT and Center to make a great impact. I know the Boys really appreciate our efforts.

I think something like this would be cool for http://i28.tinypic.com/9iqsf8.gifa concert! :) Maybe if it stayed on instead of the blinky would be better, but its neat!
