Do any of you watch American Idol? I have been this season and I just love David Cook, when he rocked out "Hello." by Lionel Ritchie, I was suprised. and last night he tore up "Billy Jean" A song that always got on my nerves, actually gave me chills the way he sang it! Any thoughts or comments on American Idol?

Heck yeah, he did an excellent job on Billy Jean!! I really liked it. It was hardly even recognizable as the original 'pop' song by Michael Jackson. David's rendition was so much darker and meaningful. I must admit this year's talent is some of the best they've had on there. Great to see Utah's David Archuleta in the running. He lives just a few miles from us.

I've been watching again this year and I do like both Davids. They can really sing. David Archuleta is my favorite. As for the girls, I don't have a favorite yet but Syesha did a good job last night. I like Brooke too. ;)

SO MUCH talent this time around. . Ditto on the David Cook rendition of Billy jean. . I had chills. .he's really artistic , creative and talented. .

I too am proud of David Archuleta.. what an amazing singer he is. I am liking Michael Johns as well. I miss David Hernandez. . I wish he had been on longer.

I'm also a big fan of David Cook. I loved his version of Hello. So good! I really like David Archuleta as well, and Michael Johns. Brooke and Syesha are my favorite girls so far.

I heard on Howard Stern that that rendition of Billy Jean was rearranged by some other singer from another band... I think it was Chris Cornell of Soundgarden who sang it originally. I thought it was David's song, too!

They are picking David Cook, though who knows how it will really pan out. dial idol has 87% accuracy rating. I think David Cook is the better pick, I like his creativeness, plus he's a rocker. I did get a little teary eyed when he sang his 3rd song. If I didn't know any better, I'd say that song was meant for his older brother. I think he just didn't want to say it out loud. He was trying hard not to cry after he sang it. He really had to suck the tears back up. :o

He wasnt 100% last night, but I voted for him. Cuz he is the better performer overall. We'll see, in few short hours. I hope David Cook wins. :)
