I am looking for a HARLEY DAVIDSON bandana
Preferably one that has the Harley heart w/ wings on it......
Or one that has a repeated design on it.....
I saw a PET bandana once on ebay-- but they wanted $6 for the bandana, and then $8shipping! NOT doing that- when i'm cutting it up!!! LOL
The best I can come up with is a Bright ORANGE one from Build-a-bear workshop....But don't REALLY want it to be orange ...but guess I can work w/ it if I HAVE to........
Limited time here, as I'd like to have it in hand by mid MARCH----- so there is plenty of time to do what is needed to w/ it! :)
We have NO Harley places near by that sell merchendise-- it only does service. :(

Rita, I tried the Harley store tonight on my way home. No luck... :( Not only NO selection but the two they had were odd colors and $50 apiece...I thought since you said you were gonna cut it up, that was probably a little out of your budget. I'll look in the craft stores this weekend, too, on my rounds. Someone said they thought they saw "themed" bandannas. Sorry!

Rita, since you're the swag making queen, I would suggest getting what you are looking for (the design), printing it on tshirt transfer paper, and cutting it down to size and ironing it onto a bandana sized material. .
in other words, making your own bandana. Sounds like you know exactly what you want ;)

Rita, have you found what you're looking for? I just peeked here...keep forgetting about all the sites on this forum.
Let me know, we have two of the largest HD stores in L.A. and since I'm always out and about, I can stop by to check out their merchandise.

Yes- the iron-on transfer is a GREAT idea...but not for this.
(it's not for a bandana--it's for----ssshhhh...Another DOLL! LOL)
But to tell the TRUTH- I honestly didn't THINK of the transfer thing...so I might just give that a try!
Thanks!

THanks for the offer Laurie, but I think i'll give the transfer idea a go---and if that doesn't work, then I did find a flying heart that is the right size, and I can work w/ that.

And you're right, I wouldn't want to be cutting up something that was $50!!! OMG, no!!!
Tasina's idea of the transfer might work..but if not, I have patch thing that will...so I am going to be working on those this week to see what I like the most.... :D
So I am Officially not in need of a Harley Bandana any more--thanks to all who were willing to help me out w/ this little "project" of mine. Will let you know how it comes out in the END! LOL :p
