Love tunes
Readers share their favorite tracks for Valentine's
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, love is definitely in the air and on the airwaves.

Whether the classic sounds of Frank Sinatra stir fond memories or the Righteous Brothers make you want to dance with your significant other, there are a number of songs out there that are loved by lovers.

We asked readers to send us their favorite love songs. Here’s what they said.

“My husband of 10 months has ‘heaven’ inscribed inside his wedding band. The song ‘How Far is Heaven’ by Los Lonely Boys was already qeued up in his GTO’s CD player in anticipation of an appropriate time to play it for me on our first date, a drive in the country. The chatter of two people sharing their life’s journey on a car ride, and the words of that song revealed to me for the first time that day would set our feet on a path already arranged by the Lord for two hearts to join so deeply in love for each other and for him. How far is heaven? Not that far away when you pray for it!” _ Kathy Ostrowski, Little River

This is awesome! However, I know we all have our own favorite love tunes by LLB, so why not share with us here!!!

My two all-time favorite LLB love tunes would have to be Nobody Else and La Contestacion, so you better believe I'll be playing those songs on Valentine's Day and imagining myself at an LLB concert listening to those songs live and watching the boys with a big smile on my face! :D

Since Laurie named my all-time most favorites, too, I'll go with a couple that also really make my heart start palpitatin'....as in, call the paramedics:

Falling (from their outakes, pre-first CD)....the harmonies in this just make me melt and another I really fall for is Man to Beat...can never hear this one enough in concert!

My two favorites are Tell Me Why and I Never Met A Woman. I heard it live when I saw them last year but it was the Steamboat Springs that got me. Henry played the intro so different and it was sooooo sexy. That song is great live. :o :o :o

I think REAL EMOTIONS has some romantic sentiments in it. One of my favorite is---

"Everything I have I'll give to you
I'll make your dreams and wishes all come true
We'll burn together in the heat of love
Under the stars above..."
