Membership activation

Some folks are having trouble getting their membership renewals activated. Please BE SURE that your membership renewal comes from Music Today, NOT All Access, as they are no longer web administrators for this site.

I had a HELL OF A TIME getting in! Finally, today, I decided to sit on the phone and WAIT until I was able to talk to a person.. after 20 minutes on hold, they had to reset my email address or who knows what they did.. but I'm in!!! YAY!! What was a chore! I kept getting error messages and I was about to just give up but instead decided to call and hold..and hold...and hold!

So, maybe we need to spread the word, or post on the PUBLIC forum, that if anyone is having difficulties reactivating or getting in, they should call Music Today and speak to someone in 'fan club memberships'!

I was on last year as onellbfan. My membership expired in October but was extended for 2 months. I have been trying to renew my membership for quite some time but just this morning I called and finally I am back in...My name is Lisa and I am very excited about Forgiven and looking forward to seeing the boys again and talking with and hopefully meeting more of you....LLB Rock's

It was a nightmare to say the least!! :( At first I tried to pay for a renewal, got the code, activated it and then got the error message about my email address not being active. Then I (stupidly, I admit) paid for a NEW membership, got a code, activated it and got the same message again. Explained it all in an email to the "customer care" people who sent me back a short and sweet email saying to call them between 9-5 on Monday-Friday. :confused: Hey, I'm working you know?? I knew I'd be sitting on the phone for a long time and I just can't do that. Finally, after several password reset attempts and a couple more emails, I got a form to fill out. They wanted to know my name, address, phone number, email and birthdate. In the end I think it did have something to do with my email needing to be reset, but what a hassle to get there. Still another week went by before I got an email saying I had been reset.

No mention of refunding one of the 2 fees I paid, but that wasn't the main thing to me anyway. I just wanted IN! SIGH OF RELIEF!! :o

I really hope they look into the problem, it is probably just something simple in their programming, but oh how frustrating!

Hot Dang - STR inda house! SOOOOOO good to see you here manito! Looks like aLOT of fans has been having the same problems - maybe we'll see more familia start to drop by as the access problems start getting fixed.
