Hey folks,
Some of you who have had trouble with the PUBLIC forum may have registered while we were still making some tweaks and the activation emails were not yet being sent out.
We ran a search to find those of you who were awaiting an activation email and reset your accounts so that you should now be able to login properly.
Please let us know if you are still unable to login and post to the Public Forum. You can email this info to LLBCareTeam@musictoday.com, but please be specific about your information and technical problems.
We appreciate your patience as we make this transition complete!

Wow! I guess things have changed. Admin is on the ball, baby! I JUST got my e-mail saying I'm OK to log in to the public boards. I got in OK, but I can't put a pic in my signature. Is it just me? Could someone let me know if it's everybody or just me.... Thanks in advance.

Rosie - on the public forum, the admin will have to 'tweak' the site to allow images on the signature line. I've made the same request. Maybe they can get to it soon.

Hey folks,
The signatures on the Public forum should now accept images (via the standard bb code).
We're still making some slight tweaks to the forums (both for the fan club and the public forum), so let us know if there are other items we can address.
Cheers,
LLB Care Team

Come on over ya'll....it seems to be spam-bot free. It's kinda empty right now and LLB needs our help. Let's fill it up and represent!! :)

I've been trying to post for 3 days now. Sent an email to the "care team" and haven't gotten a response yet.

Just as a heads up, I believe it's more difficult for spammers to get in, but I found one the other day. However, it's the only one I've seen. (Of course, I zapped the little booger out of LLB existence.) :p
And, Jeanette, I see you've posted on the Public Forum today. Yahoo! One less glitch.
Belle, what is the benefit going to the Public Forum over this one? Is it not a repeat somewhat? Just curious

The public forum will probably be the first 'contact' new fans have with the band and with us. Since both places are all so new, there is a lot of similarity right now, but, over the months, that will change. We know each other here (pretty much), but the newcomers will be there, and if we're serious about promoting LLB, that's a good place to start.
Many will lurk before they join, and then lurk some more before they post. They won't post if it isn't a friendly, vibrant site.
The fan club has the perks, the pre-sale tickets, no spam, etc., etc. I'm not sure what all Music Today and ArtAttack have in store for the fan club, but it'll be good. :)
I hope that answered your question. If not, please type reaaalll slow, and maybe I'll get it the second time around. :p
