Holiday craft idea- w/ LLB pix!

Hey y'all
I got this idea last night, and tried it, andit came out pretty good (if I do say so myself!LOL)

I used all pictures from our 4fer4 in new england in july for this.
I got the idea from the HP web site, where they have an activity center...here is the link to that-

THis is made with the SNOWBALL design......it is a bunch(20) of circles folded, and put together to make a ball. It came out really cute.
I used a program I already had on my computer to make the little circles (Print Master Work Shop- stickers-small round), and then just cropped my pictures to fit the layout the program gave me. I think this sticker layout is also available with microsoft office- but I'm not sure (under mailings/lables)

Anyhow- I know you all think I'm just a "crafty" person, so of course this was easy for me, but truth is, it really IS pretty easy to do, and it comes out looking great!
What a way to use all those pictures we take at the shows!!!!
Put it on your tree, hang it around a candle on the menora, or just hang it from the kitchen light! It doesn't matter....
I plan on hanging mine on my chinese lanters after the holidays! (I have a TON of them in my house! hehehe)

I just wanted to share this activity with everyone, because I thought it would be something fun for all ages to do together!!! My daughter & I have had fun doing them together & apart.

I have them on my small tree in by my computer (it's a lilac/purple tree---no you're not seeing things! LOL)

I also have 12 little guitars on this tree, along w/ some pix of the boys(&me!). :D :cool:

Those ideas are so cute! I love the dolls and the ornament! I looked on that link, it still looks hard for me. The dolls I could do though. Keep on doing your thing! ;)

Hi Rita! Or should I say, "Queen of Swag"?:) If anyone could make an LLB Christmas tree with Henry, Jo and Ringo doll ornaments, guitars and LLB decorations, it would be you! I'm sure that they won't have these at our Christmas Tree store! :) Do you have a catalog?

OMG Pat---that is so totally AWESOME!! I Love it!!!!
And no, sorry, I don't have a catalog THIS year!!! LOL

The little guitar ornaments came from Oriental Trading Company--- I think thay are like $10.95 for a dozen of them---3 each red, blue, black & tan. They are REALLY cool looking!!!
So there- now you know MY little secret for the guitars!! hahahahaha YOU can get your own!

This i found at The Christmas Tree Shop (don'tcha just love a bargain? LOL)
and replaced the Barbie pictures with LLB ones! Thought it went well w/ my little purple tree!!! hahahaha

I KNOW!!! LOL
I've taken it down now-- but I was able to find LETTER ornaments at Michael's Craft store---only a single set of "L" "L" "B"..but it'll be there for next year's tree!!!! Gotta love it! I also found a few musical notes in the after xmas sales--- so I was a happy camper (( Yes, Nancy-- it REALLY doesn't take much to make me happy-- I know!! hahahaha))
Hate having to pack up my little LLB tree, but *sigh*, I will. Don't want to seem TOO obsessed you know!!! hahaha

I took your advice--- I have decided to KEEP my LLB tree up for awhile yet, but with a bit of a CHANGE!!!
I found a RED tree at home depot yesterday ($3.25--come on, deal or WHAT?!!) and red lights ( $0.42!!). So i am now getting ready to put it up here inthe living room where my computer lives (along w/ my son's drum set!) and i am going to ENJOY it. :p

But YOU my friend Jeanie--gave me the idea!!!
