He IS adorable. But in reviewing recent pics, he seems to have gained a LOT of weight. Is his health OK? I wonder how much of it has to do with this tour being mostly acoustic...he surely isn't getting the same workout he would during a regular show...in the videos I've seen of the 1969 show, he's just shaking various percussion instruments instead of whaling the tar out of his drum kit like he is in the videos of other performances. That, plus the stress of being out on the road so long, away from his wife and kids...I hope he is taking care of himself!

This was the first time I ever met the Boys. I was so nervous I thought I was going to come unglued. I didn't know what to say, so I introduced my husband to Ringo - saying "my huband has a band and they play Oye Mamacita and Crazy Dreams" - and Ringo said, "Oye Mamacita, huh?" Why did I have to give my husband all the credit, when I'm the crazy fan? ....FirstTimeLLBNerve-itis...... Hard to believe I had the presence of mind enough to even take the pics....
