Want to get some Classical Music downloads-- FREE???
Vermont Symphony Orchesta (VSO) is offering a "shows" worht..and yes, they really are Free!!!!
I went w/ our HighSchool Band members to a concert the end of January. It was very nice! The kids, only a few were chosen to go out of the 60 in the total band, had to write a paper afterwards telling Why they wanted to go, and then what they thought of the concert afterwards. Oh- we also got to have Lunch w/ 2 of the orchestra members, as well as one of the composers!!! They could put what they thought of that in their papers as well if they liked. Kids got extra credit for doing this..and the papers then were sent on to the VSO. ((I even wrote a paper- but I didn't get points for it!! LOL))They did this concert all over the state, for various high schools. So not a whole bunch of kids got to go, but it was also a public concert, where tickets were sold.

Anyway---- if you go to www.InstantEncore.com/VSO and in the upper RIGHT HAND CORNER of the page, enter this code: VSOjan09 you will be able to download MP3's of the concert we heard. I think it was about 2 hrs total...there are 6 parts to it.
Oh! You will have to register-- but that is free too! Once you register, click on the "Return to what I was doing" button, and it will direct you back to the downloads.

Once you have downloaded the 6 files, you open them in what ever music program you have on your computer ( import file to iTunes like normal).

Hope you enjoy a little taste of Vermonts Finest. LOL :D
