Ok fans this is the countdown for the new CD "FORGIVEN". Several of us have pre-ordered the CD, the autographed CD, the Special Edition CD, the Vinyl, and the "FILLMORE LIVE" DVD. The "CROSSROADS" fan club is also offering 2 package deals which are pretty darn awesome .... you get a membership and the CD. or a Membership, CD and 10% off the new LLB t-shirts coming out. Soooo... no excuses peeps. Let's give back to LLB by not waiting to purchase the CD!

The excitement is electric!! We actually heard 'Heart Won't Tell a Lie' two years ago at a soundcheck. Ya just never know when you hear a new song if it might end up on a future album.

Finally got my hands on a Wal-Mart copy of Forgiven and I love it! Every song is a good one. Love Forgiven, Loving You Always, Staying With Me, Make It Better, and Love Don't Care About Me. I like them all! Superman is cool :cool: Ringo does a great job with lead vocal. The entire CD has a nice groove, good beat, and is easy to dance to. lol :)

I've been listening to the FORGIVEN album practically non-stop. Have a CD at work, one at home, and one in my car! I LOVE IT!! I am a big fan of LLB's earlier albums as well, but to me, on FORGIVEN the music is just a little more beautiful. I don't exactly what it is... it might be the vocals are just so lush, or maybe it is the melodies themselves. The lyrics are good too, and some in particular are downright uplifting (You Can't See the Light). I think my very FAVORITE track is: Heart Won't Tell a Lie, Staying With Me, Make It Better, Love Don't Care About Me, Cruel, and Superman. Yeah I know... *lol* I could NOT pick just one! :D

I got my WalMart Pre-ordered CD on July 2nd. Have listened to it non-stop ... I definately have my favorites though. I had a chance to tell LLB how much I loved the CD. When I told JoJo that I loved it - he looked at me and said "for real"....Yes, really - y'all just yanked my heart out ... He stopped and looked at me and said "is that a good thing?" - I said "YES, it's a really good thing" ... he reached across the counter and hugged me. I gave Ringo props on Superman and he said "thanks so much". And as I was talking to Henry - "Heart can't tell a lie" came on and I told him that was gonna be the jam .. he said "Do you really like it mama" and I told him "it's a kick butt song". He laughed and grabbed my hand. I'm so glad I had a brief opportunity to tell them 1st hand and face to face how much their music touched me. :cool:
