My first time posting here...
I wanna say that the los lonely boys show was truly jaw dropping. Im so sick of the rock scene, I know its cliche, but there arent any groups like there used to be, thank god for Texas where people still actually practice their instruments and perfect their abilities.
Having said that, I wasnt familiar with LLB's music other than "Heaven" but even from the first time I ever saw or heard them (on Conan a few years ago) I immediately noticed their polished musicianship and performance. On faith alone, I bought a ticket to the show and wasnt dissapointed.
By the audience's reaction, it was clear that people were blown away by these guys and I hope the hysterical reaction they got from the audience will prompt them back here!
Its so refreshing to know there are still bands that believe in a perfect performance, perfect sound, perfect harmonies and the highest level of musicianship. No make up, no 100 effects pedals, no BS-just straight up rock and roll, all about the music.
I hope they come back next year! :)
