Below is part of a story I found on the internet:
Among the others contributing to the project are Joe Bonamassa, internationally acclaimed guitarist known for his technically accomplished playing; Henry Garza, guitarist and singer with the Grammy Award winning Los Lonely Boys; George Gruhn, owner of Gruhn Guitars who is considered to be one of the world’s leading experts on vintage guitars; Derek Trucks, famed slide guitar virtuoso who leads his own
group and also plays with the Allman Brothers Band; and Richard R. Smith, the author of “Fender: The Sound Heard ‘Round The World” which is often viewed as the definitive book about Fender guitars and Leo Fender.
The documentary was written and directed by Guy Hornbuckle. The director is an award-winning broadcast journalist whose company Lightning Lab Productions, LLC produced the project.

What a find Bela. The trailer is fabulous. I would love to see this documentary just because of the history itself not to mention the guitarist who are involved. "With me with the Fenders - I see more beauty and more strength and power". - Henry Garza
Gotta find out more info on this one. Thanks again!

How cool is that? I'm glad they included Henry since he is, IMHO, the best guitarist to hit the scene in 50 yrs. Backed by the blessings bestowed upon him by the Guitar Legends that have passed on. Orale! Thanks for sharing Bela.

Great detective work, Bela !!! i'll have to order it for my hubby, -- (a long-legged, guitar-pickin' man) -- that way he'll think it's for him , but it'll really be for me ;)

I just finished watching the DVD. It is extremely interesting. Henry talks about how he discovered SRV and also his love affair with the strat. At one point he is funny. He states that everyone sees things differently. How one guy will say, "man, she's pretty!" and another will say, "Man, whatcha' see in her?"
This is definitely worth watching. It's pretty much the history of Rock and Roll; how each type of guitar produces a certain tone. I loved it. My only complaint is that Henry does not perform. Oh, well I can't have everything.

Thanks for the update! I'd definately watch it for the history - but having Henry a part of the endeavor is a plus.
